Security 

You will be provided keys to your room and the house. Shared communal kitchen and lounge areas are covered with CCTV. House managers are on call to attend and swiftly resolve any issue. 

All residents are provided and agree to a code of conduct and house rules / operations / routines (sounds fancy but is common sense) and these are enforced.
